Education Systems Strategist | Board Advisor | Organizational Partner

I help education organizations, nonprofits, and advocacy coalitions build systems that center neurodivergent learners, engage families authentically, and future-proof for equity.

Built for Organizations Ready to Move Beyond Performative Inclusion

01.

School-Adjacent Nonprofits

Building family engagement strategies that work for neurodivergent communities—not around them. From program design to community accountability, I help you center the families you say you serve.

02.

Advocacy Coalitions & Foundations

Designing equity-driven initiatives grounded in lived experience and systems thinking. I bring strategic clarity to complex equity work and translate community insight into fundable, sustainable programs.

03.

Boards & Advocacy Groups

Strategic guidance on neurodiversity, compliance gaps, policy design, and community accountability. I help boards ask better questions and make decisions that reflect their stated values.

04.

Education Organizations

Retained partnerships to audit, design, and implement neurodiverse-affirming practices. This is systems-level work: policy review, stakeholder engagement design, and strategic planning that sticks.

The Future-Proof Education Partnership™

My Flagship Offering: Strategy, Not Workshops. Systems Thinking, Not Inspiration.

The Future-Proof Education Partnership™ is a retained or project-based engagement designed for organizations ready to do the real work of equity. This isn’t professional development. It’s organizational transformation.

What’s Included:

Systems Audits Policy review, practice analysis, and family engagement assessment. I identify gaps between stated values and lived reality—and give you a roadmap to close them.

Board Advisory & Strategic Planning Guidance for leadership teams navigating neurodiversity inclusion, compliance risk, community trust-building, and long-term sustainability.

Equity-Centered Program Design From RFP responses to pilot programs, I help you design initiatives that center neurodivergent learners and their families from day one—not as an afterthought.

Training Design & Facilitation Support I design the frameworks, you deliver the training. Or I facilitate with your team. Either way, the work is grounded in systems change, not one-off inspiration.

Engagement Structure:

  • 6-month or 12-month retainers
  • Project-based partnerships (3-6 months)
  • Board advisory retainers (quarterly or ongoing)

Speaking & Thought Leadership

Bringing Systems Thinking and Lived Experience to Stages That Matter

About Me

Strategy Over Inspiration. Systems Thinking Over Workshops. Outcomes Over Optics.

I’m an education systems strategist, board advisor, and organizational partner specializing in neurodiversity, family engagement, and equity-driven design.

My work is shaped by two decades in education, lived experience as a parent of neurodivergent children, and current leadership roles including [Board position at NABML]. I advise nonprofits, advocacy coalitions, and education organizations on how to build systems that don’t just accommodate neurodivergent learners—but are designed for them from the start.

I also founded The Parenting Cipher, a community insight lab that keeps my work grounded in the lived realities of the families organizations claim to serve. This dual perspective—strategic advisor and embedded advocate—is what makes my work effective.
My approach is direct: I help organizations identify where their practices don’t match their stated values, design systems that close those gaps, and build accountability structures that make change sustainable.

I don’t do inspiration without implementation. I don’t design programs that look good in grant applications but fall apart in practice. And I don’t work with organizations that aren’t ready to be honest about where they’re falling short.

When I’m not advising organizations or facilitating board conversations, you’ll find me:
– With coffee in hand, translating complex systems into actionable strategy
– Gathering insights from The Parenting Cipher community
– Writing essays on education equity, neurodiversity, and what it really takes to build systems that work
